A- The cost to you is around 60% of that of a new tank of oil. there is a minimum charge for smaller systems and there is occasionally a need to hire specialty equipment (3 phase generator for eg) All jobs are different please contact us to discuss your needs.
Q- What facilities do you require to perform your service?
A- What we typically need you to supply to ensure a quick complete service is 1- 3 phase power (32 amp is preferred 20 amp is usually minimum) 2- approx 20 liters of oil, this is to charge my system (warm up) to ensure the cleaning process is fully cleaned in the most efficient manner. 3- an operator to run your machine, we clean your oil whilst your machine is running, this ensures that you entire system is flushed and cleaned properly. Please contact us if you do not have one of the listed items above, we can usually work around most issues.
Q- How far can you travel?
A- Our machine is fully mobile, so we are able to travel far and wide, why dont you contact us (see below) and tell us where you are.
Q- Should my machine be running while you are cleaning the oil?
A- As briefly touched upon above, it is far better if the machine is running. Oil circulating through the system means your system is being thoroughly flushed and cleaned.
Q- How long does the process take?
A- This is dependent on a few factors. Obviously the dirtier the system the longer it takes, if machine is run intermittently whilst cleaning is being performed it takes longer. And of course the size of the system is also dependent on how long it takes. Pure Lubrication can run up to approx 1200 liters an hour.
